Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

SHIPPING CHARGES

- Orders above Rs. 999: FREE standard shipping
- Orders below Rs. 999: Rs. 60 flat shipping fee

FREE SHIPPING APPLIES AUTOMATICALLY at checkout when your order total exceeds Rs. 999.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities and state capitals: 4-6 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote and rural areas: 7-10 business days

Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary during festive seasons, sale events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email with your AWB (tracking) number
- SMS notification from our courier partner

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and DTDC, chosen based on your pin code for the fastest delivery.

FAILED DELIVERY

If an order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailable after 2-3 delivery attempts
- Address not accessible

The order will be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges of Rs. 60 will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.
