IS ELAYA JEWELS JEWELLERY REAL GOLD OR SILVER?

Our jewellery is premium artificial / fashion jewellery. We use high-quality base metals with gold or silver plating, multi-layer anti-tarnish coating, and genuine or high-quality imitation gemstones. We do not sell solid gold or silver jewellery.

WILL MY JEWELLERY TARNISH?

We use advanced anti-tarnish technology with multi-layer plating that significantly extends the life of your jewellery — far beyond standard fashion jewellery. To keep your pieces looking their best, store them in the provided anti-tarnish pouch, away from moisture, sweat, and perfume.

ARE YOUR KASHMIRI EARRINGS HANDMADE?

Yes. Our Kashmiri earrings are crafted by skilled artisans using traditional enamel and embroidery techniques that have been passed down through generations in the Kashmir Valley. Each pair is a miniature work of art.

WHAT IS MOISSANITE?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with a refractive index higher than diamond, producing exceptional brilliance and fire. It is an ethical, sustainable, and more affordable alternative to natural diamonds. Our moissanite pieces offer diamond-like sparkle without the ethical concerns or high price.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

- Keep away from water, swimming pools, and the sea
- Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and lotions — apply these before putting on your jewellery
- Store in the provided anti-tarnish pouch when not wearing
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing
- Remove before exercising, sleeping, or doing household chores

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Email us at support@elayajewels.in with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster (3-5 days) and remote areas may take up to 10 days. See our Shipping Policy for a full breakdown.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

Orders can be modified within 12 hours of placement, before dispatch. Email us at support@elayajewels.in with your order number as soon as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
