Refund & Cancellation

At Elaya Jewels, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It is returned in the original packaging with all tags intact
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation number

To initiate a return, email us at support@elayajewels.in with your order number, item name, and reason for return. We will arrange a pickup (where available) or provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

- Items purchased during clearance sale events
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Items without original packaging and tags

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for bank processing.

EXCHANGE

We offer size or variant exchanges subject to availability. The same return conditions apply. To request an exchange, email us with your order number and the item you would like instead.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at support@elayajewels.in with your order number in the subject line.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please initiate a return upon delivery in such cases.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at support@elayajewels.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
