Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return, please contact us with your order details and an unboxing video/photo for verification.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging  
• Customized or sale items are non-returnable  
• Return requests made after the allowed time may not be accepted
